Meats

Pulled Pork - pork shoulder is smoked for 10 plus hours until it is so tender it is pulled by hand

Beef Brisket - rubbed with our special blend of salt, pepper and chilies and cooked 12 plus hours and served sliced

Barbecue Chicken, whole or breasts - seasoned with our homemade rub and barbecued to juicy perfection

Bratwurst w/ rolls and toppings - wood fire cooked traditional German style bratwurst and sauerkraut

 

Ribs

Spare Ribs - full flavored meaty ribs dry rubbed and barbecued four or more hours

Baby Back Ribs - leaner ribs cut from the loin and smoked three plus hours then sauced and served sweet and sticky

 

Sides

Potato Salad - red potatoes with a mayonnaise based dressing and all of the traditional fixings

Black Bean and Corn Salad - A Tex-Mex flavor makes this a favorite

Herb Pasta Salad - Farfalle and plum tomatoes with a lemon vinaigrette and fresh herbs

Barbecue Baked Beans - Slow smoking makes this dish stand apart

German Potato Salad - Lots of bacon is what everyone loves about this warm potato salad

 

Drop Off Packages

All packages include our famous Cole Slaw as well as Rolls, Barbecue Sauce, napkins and highest quality plastic cutlery and plates. 

 

25 person minimum

#1.  Any 1 meat and any 1 side                                                             $13.95 per person

 

#2.  Any 2 meats and any 2 sides                                                          $16.95 per person

 

#3.  Spare Ribs* plus any 2 meats and any 3 sides                                      $19.95 per person

 

*Baby Back Ribs may be substituted for Spare Ribs                 $3.00 per person

 

 Additional charges may include delivery, service, equipment rental deposit and/or fee
